Choose from our Classic or Signature finishes, with options ranging from elegant name cut outs to shaped place cards in circle, oval, square and rectangle designs. Select from our acrylic colour collection and personalise each place card with individual guest names or the same wording across your entire order.

Our Classic styles offer a clean, minimal finish, while our Signature styles feature layered acrylic for added dimension and a more elevated look.

customising your place cards

1. Choose your style
Select from Classic Name Cut Out, Signature Name Cut Out, Classic Shape or Signature Shape.

2. Choose your shape
For Classic Shape and Signature Shape designs, select Circle, Oval, Square or Rectangle.

3. Choose your font
Select your preferred font from the available options.

4. Choose your colours
Select your available acrylic colour options based on your chosen style. Classic Shape includes white writing as standard. Alternative writing colours can be requested in Special Instructions and are subject to availability.

5. Choose your personalisation
Select Individual Names if each place card requires a different guest name, or Same Wording on All if you would like identical wording across the entire order.

6. Provide your names or wording
For Individual Names, enter one name per line or upload your guest list as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. For Same Wording on All, enter the wording exactly as you would like it to appear.

7. Enter your quantity
Enter the total number of place cards required. If ordering Individual Names, please ensure the number of names supplied matches the quantity ordered.

8. Add any special instructions
Include any additional requests or important design details in the Special Instructions field.

All personalisation will be created exactly as supplied, so please check names, spelling and wording carefully before placing your order.

As each place card is individually made to order, slight variations may occur between pieces.

Name Cut Out designs are sized proportionally according to the length and shape of each name, so finished widths will vary between guests.

Longer names or wording may be resized or arranged to achieve the best overall appearance and fit within the selected design.

Classic Shape place cards include white writing as standard. Alternative writing colours may be requested in the Special Instructions field and are subject to availability.

For Individual Names, please ensure the number of names supplied matches the quantity ordered. Names and wording will be created exactly as provided, so please check all spelling carefully before submitting your order.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to individual display settings. Acrylic finishes may also vary slightly between batches.

materials and care

Handle your acrylic place cards with care to protect the surface and layered details.

Clean gently using a soft, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh cleaning products, alcohol-based cleaners and chemicals, as these may damage the acrylic finish, writing or adhesive.

Do not place acrylic items in a dishwasher or submerge them in water.

Store flat in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat when not in use.

Mirror and specialty acrylic surfaces can be particularly susceptible to scratching and should be handled by the edges where possible.
