2. Choose Your Size
Select Small for a name-only badge or Large for a name and job title.

3. Enter Your Name
Enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling and capitalisation.

4. Enter Your Job Title
If you select Large, enter the job title exactly as you would like it to appear beneath the name.

5. Choose Your Name Font
Select your preferred font using the visual font options provided.

6. Choose Your Backing
Select Magnetic Backing or Pin Backing depending on how you prefer to attach your badge to clothing.

7. Choose Your Colours
Select your preferred acrylic colour. Signature designs allow you to select a second colour for the additional layer. Mirror and Luxe Glitter finishes incur an additional charge per selected premium layer.

8. Add Any Special Instructions
Use the Special Instructions field for any additional requests or relevant design information.

9. Review Your Order Carefully
Double-check your name, job title, size, collection, colours, font and backing selection before adding your badge to cart.

• Please double-check all names, job titles, spelling and capitalisation before placing your order. Your badge will be created using the information submitted with your order.
• Small badges measure approximately 65 × 20 mm and are designed for a personalised name only.
• Large badges measure approximately 75 × 25 mm and are designed for a personalised name with a job title underneath.
• Longer names and job titles may require proportional adjustments to font size, spacing or layout to maintain a balanced and legible design.
• The job title on Large badges may use a complementary font selected for clarity and legibility.
• Classic badges feature a single acrylic layer. Signature badges feature two acrylic layers for additional depth and contrast.
• Acrylic colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting and differences between standard, frosted, mirror and glitter finishes.

• Magnetic and pin backings are intended for attachment to suitable clothing and fabrics.
• Magnetic backing strength and positioning may vary depending on the thickness and type of clothing being worn.
• Acrylic is durable but may scratch, chip or break if dropped, bent or subjected to excessive force.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on top of your badge when it is not being worn.
• Remove any protective film from the acrylic before use.
• Significant design changes or requests outside the standard product options may require an additional fee. We will contact you before production if this applies.
• Personalised and made-to-order products cannot generally be changed once production has commenced.

Premium Acrylic
Each Name Badge is individually designed and laser cut from premium acrylic. Classic badges feature a single acrylic layer, while Signature badges feature two acrylic layers for added depth and contrast.

Magnetic Backing

• Position the badge carefully before allowing the magnetic backing to secure through the fabric.
• Magnetic backings generally work best through lighter to medium-weight garments.
• Very thick fabrics may reduce the strength of the magnetic hold.
• Avoid placing unnecessary force on the badge while attached.

Pin Backing

• Insert the pin carefully through a suitable area of the garment.
• Secure the clasp fully before wearing.
• Take care when removing the badge to avoid pulling or damaging delicate fabrics.

Cleaning & Care

• Gently wipe the acrylic with a soft, clean microfibre cloth.
• If required, use a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, solvents or harsh chemicals.
• Do not scrub the acrylic surface.
• Do not immerse the badge in water.
• Mirror and gloss acrylic may show fingerprints and fine scratches more readily, so handle these finishes with additional care.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Storage
When not being worn, store your badge in a clean, dry location away from sharp objects. Avoid storing multiple acrylic badges directly against one another without protection, as surface contact may cause scratches.
