1. Choose Your Collection
Select Classic, Signature or Luxe depending on your preferred number of acrylic layers and finish.

2. Enter Your Wording
Enter the name or wording exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling and capitalisation.

3. Choose Your Size
Select from X Tiny through to Large. Your selected size represents the maximum overall dimension of the finished design. Final width and height will vary depending on your wording and selected font.

4. Choose Your Mounting Option
Select No Mounting or Double-Sided Adhesive depending on how you intend to install your plaque.

5. Add an Installation Template, If Required
For an additional $10, you can add a full-scale positioning template designed specifically for your plaque. This helps you accurately position, space and align the individual elements during installation.

6. Choose Your Colours
Select your preferred acrylic colour for each available layer. Mirror and Luxe Glitter finishes incur an additional charge per selected layer.

7. Choose Your Font
Select your preferred font from our available font collection.

8. Add a Digital Design Proof, If Required
For an additional $5, you can receive a digital proof by email before production. This includes one round of minor amendments. Production will commence once your proof has been approved.

9. Add Any Special Instructions
Use the Special Instructions field for additional layout requests or relevant design information.

10. Review Your Order Carefully
Double-check your wording, capitalisation, collection, size, mounting option, colours, font and any add-ons before adding your plaque to cart.

• Please double-check all wording, spelling and capitalisation before placing your order. Your plaque will be created using the information submitted with your order.
• The selected size represents the maximum overall dimension of the finished design. Final width, height and proportions will vary depending on your wording and selected font.
• Longer wording may result in smaller lettering within the selected maximum size to maintain appropriate proportions.
• Depending on the selected font and wording, a Classic plaque may consist of multiple individual letters or elements rather than one connected piece.
• Signature and Luxe designs may also contain separate elements depending on the wording, font and final design.
• As each plaque is individually designed and made to order, slight variations in positioning, spacing and proportions are normal.
• Acrylic colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting and differences between standard, frosted, mirror and glitter finishes.
• Mirror and Luxe Glitter acrylic finishes incur an additional charge per selected layer.
• Double-Sided Adhesive: Where selected, your plaque will be supplied with double-sided adhesive applied to the reverse of the appropriate elements. We currently use 3M 467MP adhesive transfer tape. For best adhesion, apply to a clean, dry, smooth and properly prepared surface. Adhesive performance may vary depending on the surface material, texture, coating and condition.
• Once the adhesive has made contact with the mounting surface, repositioning may not be possible without replacing the adhesive.
• Installation Template: If purchased, a full-scale positioning template will be supplied to assist with the spacing, alignment and placement of your plaque during installation.
• The installation template is intended as a positioning aid. Final installation and surface suitability remain dependent on the chosen mounting location and method.
• If a Digital Design Proof is purchased, production will begin once your proof has been approved. Your proof includes one round of minor amendments.
• If no Digital Design Proof is selected, your plaque will proceed to production based on the wording and selections submitted with your order.
• Acrylic is durable but may scratch, chip or break if dropped, bent or subjected to excessive force. Take additional care when handling fine lettering and narrow design elements.
• Remove any protective film from the acrylic before installation or display.
• Significant design changes, custom artwork or requests outside the standard product options may require an additional fee. We will contact you before production if this applies.
• Personalised and made-to-order products cannot generally be changed once production has commenced.

Premium Acrylic
Each name plaque is individually designed and laser cut from premium acrylic. Depending on your selected collection, your plaque will feature one, two or three acrylic layers and may consist of multiple individual letters or design elements.

Before Installation

• Remove all protective film from the acrylic before installation.
• Handle each piece carefully, particularly fine lettering, narrow sections and smaller individual elements.
• Lay out all components before installation and confirm their intended positioning.
• Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, smooth and suitable for your selected mounting method.

Double-Sided Adhesive Installation
If selected, your plaque will be supplied with double-sided adhesive applied to the reverse of the appropriate elements. We currently use 3M 467MP adhesive transfer tape.

• Clean and thoroughly dry the intended mounting surface before installation.
• Ensure the surface is free from dust, oils, moisture and other contaminants.
• Position each element carefully before allowing the adhesive to make full contact with the surface.
• Apply firm, even pressure across each element after positioning.
• Avoid repeatedly removing and repositioning pieces, as this may reduce adhesive performance.
• Adhesive performance may vary depending on the surface material, texture, coating and condition.
• Removal may affect some painted, coated or delicate surfaces.

Using Your Installation Template
If you purchased an Installation Template:

1. Position and secure the template in your desired location.
2. Check that the template is level and correctly positioned before installing any acrylic pieces.
3. Use the template as a guide to position and space each individual element.
4. Install each piece carefully without disturbing the template alignment.
5. Once all elements are securely positioned, carefully remove the template.

Cleaning & Care

• Dust gently with a soft, clean microfibre cloth.
• If required, wipe carefully with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, solvents or harsh chemicals.
• Do not scrub the acrylic surface.
• Do not immerse the plaque in water.
• Mirror and gloss acrylic can show fingerprints and fine scratches more readily, so handle these finishes with additional care.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

Ongoing Care
Acrylic is durable but not unbreakable. Avoid bending, dropping or placing excessive pressure on the plaque, particularly around fine lettering and narrow sections.

If you purchased a Digital Design Proof, we’ll email your design for approval before production. Your proof includes one round of minor amendments.

6. We Create Your Plaque
Once your order is ready for production, your design will be prepared, precision laser cut and assembled as required by KM Creative.

7. Your Order Is Dispatched
Once complete, your plaque and any selected installation materials will be carefully packaged and dispatched using your selected delivery method.

X Tiny - up to 60 mm
Maximum width of 60 mm or maximum height of 30 mm.

Tiny - up to 100 mm
Maximum width of 100 mm or maximum height of 50 mm.

Mini - up to 150 mm
Maximum width of 150 mm or maximum height of 75 mm.

XX Small - up to 200 mm
Maximum width of 200 mm or maximum height of 100 mm.

X Small - up to 300 mm
Maximum width of 300 mm or maximum height of 150 mm.

Small - up to 400 mm
Maximum width of 400 mm or maximum height of 200 mm.

Medium - up to 500 mm
Maximum width of 500 mm or maximum height of 250 mm.

Large - up to 600 mm
Maximum width of 600 mm or maximum height of 300 mm.

How sizing works
Your plaque will be proportionally scaled according to your chosen wording and font until it reaches the maximum width or maximum height for your selected size, whichever limit is reached first.

For example, a long name may reach the maximum width first, while a shorter or taller design may reach the maximum height first. This means two plaques ordered in the same size may have different finished dimensions.

That last section is important. It tells customers exactly what they’re purchasing without implying that, for example, every Large plaque will physically measure 600 x 300 mm.
