1. Choose your collection - Select Classic, Signature or Luxe depending on your preferred number of acrylic layers and finish.

2. Enter your wording - Enter your personalised wording exactly as you would like it to appear. Longer wording may be arranged across multiple lines to create the best overall design.

3. Select your cake size - Choose the diameter of your cake so we can proportion your topper appropriately.

4. Choose your colours - Select your preferred acrylic colour for each available layer. Mirror and Luxe Glitter finishes incur an additional charge per layer.

5. Choose your font - Select your preferred font from the available options. Font availability may vary depending on your selected collection.

6. Enter your event date - Let us know when your event is taking place to assist with production planning. Your event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

7. Add a digital design proof, if required - For an additional $5, you can receive a digital proof by email before production. This includes one round of minor amendments and production will commence once your proof is approved.

8. Add any special instructions - Use the Special Instructions field for any additional layout requests or relevant information.

9. Review your order carefully - Double-check your wording, capitalisation, colours, font, cake size and other selections before adding the topper to your cart.

• If no digital proof is selected, your topper will proceed to production based on the details submitted with your order.

• Acrylic colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and material finish.
• Acrylic is durable but can scratch or break if dropped, bent or subjected to excessive force. Handle with care.
• Cake toppers are decorative items only. The acrylic portion should not come into direct contact with food unless specifically designed for that purpose.
• Remove any protective film before use.
• Significant custom artwork or design requests may require an additional fee. We will contact you before production if this applies.

Premium Acrylic

Each cake topper is made from premium acrylic and laser cut to order. Depending on your selected collection, your topper will feature one, two or three acrylic layers.

Before Use

• Remove all protective film from the acrylic before use.
• Handle the topper carefully when removing packaging and inserting it into the cake.
• Hold the topper by the stem or thicker sections of the design where possible. Avoid placing pressure on fine lettering or delicate details.

Care

• Wipe gently with a soft, clean microfibre cloth.
• If required, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, solvents or harsh chemicals.
• Do not place in a dishwasher or soak in water.
• Avoid excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Mirror and gloss acrylic can show fingerprints and fine scratches more readily, so handle these finishes with additional care.

Using Your Cake Topper

The topper is intended for decorative use. Insert only the designated stem into the cake. Avoid allowing the decorative acrylic portion to contact food, icing or moisture where possible.

After Your Event

Clean the stem carefully after use and store the topper flat in a dry place. With careful handling, your personalised topper can be kept as a keepsake or reused where appropriate.

Once your order is ready for production, your topper will be individually prepared, laser cut and assembled by KM Creative.

6. Your Order Is Dispatched
Once complete, your topper will be carefully packaged and dispatched using your selected delivery method.
